What shipping methods are available for coffee? 

Delivery service is available for all online orders to Hong Kong areas only, except for certain areas which are not covered by SF Express.

  • Deliver to most commercial and residential areas, including all HK, KLN, NT urban areas, some outlying islands and remote areas.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery
  • Pick-up at SF Store / SF Locker / 7-11 /Circle K
    • Kindly choose a pick-up point from the S.F. Express options, we will ship your package to the designated address.
    • Once your order has arrived, you will receive an SMS sent by S.F. Express, customers can pick-up the package from S.F. Store or S.F. Locker.

香港地區咖啡訂單，除順豐速遞無法送達的部分區域外，所有地區均可享受送貨服務。

送貨範圍：

  • 上門派送: 由順豐速遞直接送貨到您指定的地址。
  • 自取: 您可以在以下地點自取訂單：

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped directly from Dubai to Hong Kong every Wednesday via DHL and we will make sure the orders are in good shape when they reach Hong Kong before delivering them to you via S.F. Express. For all coffee orders, our goal is to have your coffee passed into your hands within 7-10 days. 

配送需要多長時間？

所有訂單均透過DHL從杜拜直接運送到香港，然後我們會確保訂單在運抵香港後處於良好狀態，再透過順豐速運送達給您。對於所有咖啡訂單，我們的目標是在7-10天內將咖啡送到您的手中。

 

My order was marked as delivered even though it did not arrive. Why?

If you don't see your order 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please reach out to us at info@alruhcoffee.com so we can assist.

我的訂單標記為已送達，但實際尚未送達。為什麼？

如果您在標記為已送達24小時後仍未收到您的訂單，請通過[email]與我們聯繫，以便我們提供協助。

 

How much are delivery fees?

Orders of HK$600 or above will be delivered for free. For orders less than HK$600, the delivery charge is HK$150 per order. Delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable).

運費是多少？

單筆HK$600或以上的訂單可享免費送貨。對於少於HK$600的訂單，每張訂單的運費為HK$150。運費將在結帳時展示（如適用）。

What shipping methods are available for coffee?

We deliver our products to all of UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Daily Cut-Off Time will be at 12:00 PM - Dubai Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the Order was submitted.

How much are delivery fees?

UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Free Delivery on Orders over AED 250. Orders of less than AED 250 will be charged AED 30 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancelation.
